The return of all products are accepted when performed within 5 days of receipt of the order. Customers will be responsible for the direct costs of this refund. We recommend you return it by certified mail package to get a tracking number, it is the safest and cheapest option. VERY IMPORTANT: Please you preserve the voucher of the Shipping, at an incidence with the same, serve as proof against possible claims. Otherwise, we are not responsible for the return.

In case of return, the product must be in original condition (not to be used, must retain their original labels and must not have stains, rips, tears or the like) and product packaging must be protected so that it is received in perfect terms.
